About Slotback

Slotback is building an AI-assisted appointment-recovery layer for independent nail artists, lash and brow professionals, and small hair and beauty studios. Our mission is to turn missed opportunities into booked appointments.

We’re not replacing your booking software. We’re designing workflows that help follow up on unfinished inquiries, invite consenting waitlist clients to cancelled slots, and remind previous customers when it’s time to return.

We’re starting with a small pilot, simulated workflow tests, and visible manual steps where integrations are not ready. Real messages require authorized channels and appropriate consent. Bookings count only after confirmation from the booking system.

Our focus is practical value: less manual chasing, clearer records, and honest measurement. Proposed subscription prices will be tested before they are finalized; recovery and revenue increases are never guaranteed.
